I was born and raised on a ranch in the hills of Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan. After graduating high school in Wood Mountain and three years of holidaying in university and college, I started my career with the Poplar River mine in 1991 and worked there for 18 years. While at the mine, I was an equipment operator and I ended my career there as a dragline operator. I am proud of this extensive experience and have brought it with me where ever I go! I also worked with and met a lot of great people in my years at Poplar River. While working full time at the mine I also gave ranching, auctioneering and announcing rodeos a lot of my time, none of which made any money. I made a move to sales with a job with Canadian Western Agribition, then Air Liquide, Bobcat of Regina, and now at. I love my job! I enjoy the people and the challenges. I have five kids, two grand kids and live with my partner Lori in Regina Beach.
